Bayog officials launch livelihood programs

For residents of Brgy. Bayog in Los Baños, finding a job has been made easy.

Officials are currently spearheading a series of livelihood trainings and programs for their residents to enhance their skills and generate income.

According to Ms. Marites Pulmones, secretary of Brgy. Bayog, the said programs include livestock and poultry farming, and other trainings on various fields like reflexology, bead works, candle making, dress making, and meat processing. Further, there is also the plan of setting up a talipapa or small market where residents can easily sell their products.

The barangay’s livelihood programs are set to be completed within the first quarter of the year.
