The Molawin Stage proudly presents its bold and haunting production of 4.48 Psychosis, the final and most visceral work of acclaimed playwright Sarah Kane. A raw and fragmented exploration of mental illness, isolation, and inner turmoil, this groundbreaking piece challenges conventional theatrical narratives, immersing audiences in an intense and deeply personal experience. This is a Filipino staging by The Molawin Stage and translated by Margarette Anne C. Mediano.
Featuring Althea Clabita and Friday Moratal, 4.48 plunges into the unfiltered mind of someone navigating the depths of depression. Through striking language, poetic dissonance, and visceral imagery, the play confronts themes of despair, love, and fleeting moments of clarity.
