Representatives from the local government units/offices, schools, barangays, business establishments, research and development institutions, and residents of Los Baños braved the overcast skies and morning drizzle to join and watch the civic parade in celebration for the 404th foundation day of Los Baños and the 18th Bañamos Festival held in the municipality.
The Bañamos Festival 2019 organizing committee has lined up several activities for the week-long celebration of the 404th foundation day of Los Baños from September 16-22, 2019.
