Idinaos ito noong Pebrero 19-22 sa pangunguna ng Office of the Municipal Agriculturist bilang hakbang sa pagpapatibay ng sektor ng agrikultura ng nasabing munisipalidad.
Ang apat na araw na seminar ay ginanap sa Multi-purpose Hall, 3rd floor, Municipal Building ng Los Baños. Pitumpung katao ang lumahok sa unang tatlong araw, at 40 naman sa ika-apat na araw.
